with Arpaïs Du Bois & Yamamoto Masao – Opening reception October 30, 2013 at 7pm
Two artistic languages using different media meet in one common visual mother tongue.
Both artists worked independently and separately in time and location. None of these images were conceived for the matching one, yet they very much are. The actual exhibition starts where the previous one in Belgium ended and continues by showing how both of them wandered further down their own path. In the first part, some drawings and photographs are still interacting with each other, in the other parts of the exhibition, Yamamoto and du bois show very recent works.
